General Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on involvement in the workplace to correct deficiencies, un-safe conditions and at-risk behaviours to ensure continual improvement and create a robust HSE culture on-board.
- Provide advice and support to rig management for all incident notifications and investigations.
- Correlate monthly HSE statistics of the rig and report to corporate HSEQ and senior management.
- Provide assistance with the development corrective/preventative actions for incident investigations including near misses, behaviour observations, internal and external audits.
- Maintain a register and record of all incidents in the incident data base.
- Conduct internal HSEQ audits as scheduled.
- Conduct HSE awareness training as per training plan
- Provide HSE advice and assistance for the development and maintenance of the risk management processes i.e. JSA, Toolbox talks, Hazid/Hazops.
- Conduct HSE inductions for all new personnel as required
- Conduct unscheduled and period worksite inspections on the tender and drill package to monitor personnel compliance to procedures.
- Provide assistance to Rig Management for the Behaviour observation program and maintenance of the records of observations conducted and trending analysis.
- Providing assistance to the Rig Superintendent in the development and implementation of Emergency Response plan.
Job Requirements:
- Valid NEBOSH Certificate
- Valid OGUK Medical
- Valid BOSIET Certificate (OPITO Approved)
- Minimum of 5 years of offshore working experience with 2 years as a HSE Advisor on a Jack-Up Drilling Rig.

Requirements:
Medical Doctor or recognized paramedic training
Minimum 5 years as an offshore Medic
Valid Offshore Medical
BOSIET Training (OPITO approved)
Knowledge of jack-up rig operations
Can communicate in both Thai and English language

Responsibilities:
- Execute the people strategy that facilitates the acquisition and development of talent pipeline for the assigned client group(s).
- Managing end to end resourcing of selected/external positions, including assessment, leading of the offer making process, in line with Resourcing targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage and keep close communication with English and Thai speaking global talents by liaising job requirements accordingly to the project needs.
- Receive and understand job requests from English and Thai speaking clients and prepare corresponding proposal to the client. Able to take charge for further negotiation with the Clients.
- Prepare and understand documents such as Employment Contracts, Letter of Appointment etc to present and liaise with Thailand clients and counterparts on job requirements and preparing of Thai language documents/proposal according to project requirements.
- Performs a variety of operational duties and assists Line Manager on daily operational matters.
- Support, uphold and enforce all Company policies and regulations.
- Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required from Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline, university degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years working experiences in recruitment, preferably in oil and gas drilling sector.
- Strong team orientation; able to proactively contribute to the Integrated Resourcing team, country HR team and others. Works effectively in virtual, diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, attraction strategy development, assessment, and negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates.
- Strong in linguistic (written and verbal communication skills) would be a valuable asset especially in the location where the role is based.
- High familiarity with Thailand oil & gas recruitment, market, and trends.
- Fast-paced working environment, high ethical standards and able to uphold confidentiality.
- Able to handle tight deadlines and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
